Not a quote disguised as a report. One page with: the points that came up in the call, the regulations that apply to you with their deadlines, the priority area and the recommended direction. Yours, to share internally however you like.

Because it qualifies both of us. You find out whether I have the skills to help you; I find out whether your situation fits what I do well. If it doesn't, I'll tell you during the call — and the written summary is yours to keep anyway.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. All it takes is 45 minutes of the CEO or CTO. The information we need comes out of the conversation.
Is this a sales demo?
No. There's no pitch at the end. There's a recommended direction, which you can follow with me or with anyone else.
Who should join from my company?
Ideally the CEO or CTO, alone or together. It's a call for people who decide, not for people who execute: the topics are priorities and direction, not technical details.
